Description:

MEL Studio Pro is designed as a Maya plu-in so you no longer need to move between Maya and an external text editor. The MEL Studio Pro user interface is built around a main text editor: the Text Editor Window. This window is where most of the development work is done. MEL Studio Pro is an MDI (multiple document interface) program, so it is possible to open and edit several scripts simultaneously. This makes working on large scripting projects easy, where it is most comfortable to split procedures and source code in to several script files.

You can manage scripts and expressions as well. This makes MEL Studio Pro a central HUB for MEL language. MEL Studio Pro robust architecture makes possible to menage dozens of files and hundreds expressions simultaneously.

Working on several files can be difficult whitout a workspace schematic visualization: the workspace is the union of all settings and all opened documents. The Workspace View is a schematic overview of the workspace you are working on. It appears as a hierarchical view to the left side of the window. The Workspace View shows you information about: opened files, declared procedures and expressions.

MEL Studio LE is a "light" MEL Studio Pro version and it is available for free.
